When you arrive, the Palms parking is free for everyone for both valet and self-parking. You can even create your own pasta with any combination of meats, toppings, and sauces. You’ll also find things like pastries at the Sweet & Light station. There are a few selections like pizza, soups, pasta salad, and vegetable dishes. You’ll also find more standard breakfast foods like pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. On the breakfast buffet menu, served on weekday mornings, get fresh fruit, several potato hashes, smoked bacon, Hawaiian sausage, and charcuterie. Next to the Carving Station, you’ll find a taco station, where you can make your own tacos. Grilled vegetables and fruits are offered, too! The Smoke & Fire station, by far, offers one of the best carving stations in Las Vegas because they don’t just feature meats. The Roastery has the roasted meats and vegetables, and The Hearth has oven-baked culinary delights, while the Smoke & Fire section is the carving station and the Sweet & Light station is the extensive dessert section. World Pan is the international stove top prepared dishes, Revival is the place for healthy options, and The Greenery is the salad bar during lunch and dinner, though you’ll find traditional breakfast offerings in the mornings. The names of these stations are World Pan, Revival, The Greenery, The Roastery, The Hearth, Smoke & Fire, and Sweet & Light. These are grouped mostly by how the dishes are prepared rather than the type of cuisine. The A.Y.C.E Buffet organizes its offerings into seven unique food stations. Unfortunately, you can’t make reservations for the AYCE Buffet. So many people are already in line around 11am to get on the waitlist several hours before seating.
